Life really does imitate art – and that includes rooms on Airbnb. The Art Institute of Chicago is set to open a rentable pad that’s a full-sized replica of Vincent Van Gogh’s ‘The Bedroom’.
The interactive artwork is part of the museum’s latest exhibition, ‘Van Gogh’s Bedrooms’, which features three paintings depicting the artist’s humble abode. For just $10 a night, guests can experience what it feels like to live inside the legendary impressionist’s ‘Yellow House’ in Arles, France (except, you know, it’s in Chicago).
