Eating donuts isn’t very glamorous, despite what Instagrammers want you to believe. Sugar gets everywhere, your fingers end up sticky, it’s a mess! But there’s another way to eat donuts, and another way to present them: sushi style!

In the latest episode of Will It Sushi?, Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada turns unassuming Dunkin’ Donuts into masterpieces that look like the Japanese delicacy. There’s even a drizzle of jam on top to replicate the fish roe on traditional rolls.

But don’t be too disappointed when you can’t do this at home, people. Chef Terada has dedicated his entire life to culinary arts, so your donut sushi roll will never be as perfect as his. But we can always dream.
