Ever wondered how blind people perceive a world they can’t see? What would things look like if they tried to draw them? How would objects they can smell, hear, and touch translate into images?
Three years ago, Tommy Edison’s YouTube subscribers challenged him to sketch what he thought things looked like. It was a bit tricky, given he could only illustrate things that he felt with his hands. So instead of rainbows and elephants, he drew a cat, a car, and his own portrait.
And his artworks are nothing short of beautiful.
Edison creates inspiring videos where he makes experiments based on his blindness. He also urges his viewers to be thankful for the little things in life, such as being able to see.
